General

Yes! I love Custom Work because it allows me to work with you to bring your ideas to life. Visit my Custom Work page for all of the details.

This list includes, but is not limited to, Wedding Stationery, Party Invitations, Announcements, Save The Date’s, Personal Stationery, and so much more. I can even customize card designs you find in my shop! Check out my Custom Work page for more details.

Because I make every piece by hand, I have the ability to make changes and adjustments to items already in the shop. Like a card but want it in a different color scheme? Like a Thank You card but want it to be a Birthday Card? Contact me with your request and I’ll see what I can do to help.

I design a “Seasonal” selection of cards that will change as the seasons do. Some of those cards might stay in the regular shop line-up, but most will be “Limited Edition”. 

If you absolutely NEED a card that you saw on the website at some point by can no longer find, contact me, and I’ll see what I can do to make that happen. However, I am constantly playing in my studio, so new cards could pop into the regular shop at any time!

Shipping & Returns

All regular orders placed through my shop will ship within 2-3 business days of the order placement. Larger orders and those place during peak sales or holiday seasons will take longer to ship.

I do close the studio for several holidays. Please refer to my Policies page for a list of those closures.

Custom work has many more steps between order placement and shipping, so please refer to my Custom Work page for more clarification.

A Custom Order has many steps to complete before the order ships. An order timeline will be established during the contract process. Please refer to my Custom Work page for more clarification.

At present, we are not taking on any work outside of the United States. However, this option is always on the table. Check back for status updates! 

Of course, I want you to love your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 15 days of its receipt, in its original packaging and condition, for a refund or exchange. I will issue a refund to your original form of payment excluding the shipping costs once I receive the returned item(s). Used, opened or final sale items cannot be returned.

I want you to love your purchase. If you are unhappy with it, or think another item will serve you better, I will exchange it within 15 days of order receipt, but there will be an additional shipping charge to ship the new item(s) to you. Contact us here to give us the details of your exchange.

I take great care in packaging your order to ensure that it arrives to you in perfect condition. If you should receive merchandise that was damaged, defective or sent in error because of my error, I will credit you the full amount of your order including shipping costs. If you would like a new item shipped to you, I would be happy to send you one. Please note that this does NOT apply to Custom Work. Please see my Custom Work page for more clarification.

Payment & Orders

You can place your order with a credit card or via PayPal. 

Payment in full is required at the time the order is placed. This doesn’t not apply to custom orders. Please refer to my Custom Work page for details.

At this time, we are only shipping within the United States. That can and will change in the future, so please subscribe to my newsletter, so that you will be “in the know” when I make that change! Just add your email to the form below for updates.
